If you're not satisfied with your Cuprite purchase within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we'll make it right. No lengthy forms, no runaround.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened, unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs).

To initiate a return, email us at hello@cupritelab.com with your order number and reason. We'll provide a return shipping label and process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Opened Product

Because Cuprite Serum 01 requires 4–8 weeks of consistent use to demonstrate its full effects, we evaluate opened-product returns on a case-by-case basis. If the product caused an adverse reaction or you have a legitimate concern, contact us — we will work with you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll ship a replacement at no cost.
